These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hiremesh, an AI recruiting platform for candidate sourcing, automated outreach, unified inbox, and interview scheduling. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use Hiremesh to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, scrape data outside the platform's intended use, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of candidate data — sourcing, outreach, and scheduling — complies with applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Hiremesh and its underlying technology are owned by Hiremesh, Inc. Your data remains yours; we only use it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using Hiremesh at any time by closing your account.

Hiremesh is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Hiremesh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
