Account information: name, work email, company, and role when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.

Candidate and recruiting data: profiles, resumes, outreach messages, and interview scheduling details that you or your organization upload or generate through the platform.

Usage data: log data, device information, and product analytics used to improve reliability and performance.

To provide and operate core features such as AI candidate sourcing, automated outreach sequencing, unified inbox, and AI interview scheduling.

To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support requests.

To monitor, secure, and improve the platform, including detecting abuse and fraud.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and ATS integrations you enable), under contracts that require them to protect your data.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Hiremesh and our users.
