Today we're shipping Hiremesh MCP — a Model Context Protocol server that lets you drive sourcing, screening, and outreach follow-ups directly from Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant, without leaving the conversation you're already having.
Why this matters
A lot of recruiting work starts as a conversation before it becomes a task: "find me five backend engineers with fintech experience" is something you'd say out loud to a colleague, not something that needs its own dashboard. MCP lets your assistant act on that sentence directly — pulling a ranked shortlist, drafting outreach, or checking pipeline status — using the same sourcing and ranking engine behind the Hiremesh app.
- Ask for a shortlist by role description and get ranked candidates back inline.
- Draft and queue outreach sequences without switching tools.
- Check pipeline status and follow-up reminders from the same chat you're already using.
“We didn't want to build another surface to check. We wanted the assistant you already trust to be able to do the work.”
This is an early release, and the scope will grow from here — the same way our web product did. If there's a workflow you wish your assistant could just handle for you, that's exactly the feedback we're looking for.
